(While doing this study, I also read John Bevere's first book in this series, "The Fear of the Lord" on audio.) This study is transformational for a relationship with the Heavenly Father.
I never realized there were so many scriptures about the Fear of the Lord, and they have promises attached to them. For example, "In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, and His children will have a place of refuge." Proverbs 14:26. And, of course, one of our favorites - "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom ..." Proverbs 9:10.
I also like the way this book is organized. Each chapter is about 3 pages long, with important points and items to ponder at the end of each chapter. I found I got more out of it by reading the points and ponderings before I read the chapter, then read them again when finished with the chapter.
