This was an ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS book!
I was in Book Heaven the entire time I was reading it.
The author had me completely fooled!!
In the previous books, Jimmy was portrayed as a huge douche, and he never so much as piqued my interest at all!!
I went into this not even the least bit excited.
Well OMG was I ever in the WRONG!!!
I LOVED THIS BOOK HARD!!!!
Those who know me well, know that I tend to fall asleep a lot while reading.
That DID NOT happen with this one. Read it in a day!!


Lena Morrissey moves to a new city to get away from her family drama back home.
She runs into the Stage Dive boys while in the midst of being fired from her temp job.
Mal comes up with the idea that she would be perfect as Jimmy's sobriety companion.
At first he is quite douchey but the two form a strong bond early on.





Lena is in trouble.
She's realizing that she is falling for Jimmy and that he is never going to return her feelings.
I friggin loved her!!
The girl went toe to toe with Jimmy and had the snarkiest sense of humor.






So Lena decides to quit working for Jimmy and when she tries to give notice, he pesters her till she admits it's because of her feelings for him.


He thinks he has a brilliant plan to help her get over him, and so the "LIST" is put into action.
One of her "to do's" is to go out on dates.
These were some of the funniest moments of the story!
Jimmy seemed to try and sabotage each date she went out on. It was obvious he was into Lena.
Jimmy was not only sexy, and aloof...he was also as funny as Mal!!



Now I have to spend some time expressing just how much I swooned over Jimmy!!
I am in LOVE with that man!!!
He's the epitome of the Beautiful Rock God!
We learn that his mother was mainly absent from his and David's lives and that she was an addict who would often sell their household & personal belongings for her latest fix.
Jimmy always made sure to shield his younger brother from her wrath and episodes.
He oftentimes was physically and mentally abused by her.
This explains why he has never been in a relationship with anyone and doesn't believe in the notion of "Love".


"She said no one would ever love me."


My heart broke for Jimmy at times.
He did in many ways, show that he was capable of loving and caring for others.
He just didn't know that what he was feeling, was in fact LOVE!!





I must take a moment to reflect on the "SEXY TIMES" and HOLY HELL what sexy times they were!!
When Lena is entranced by his penis, I think I was just as hypnotized as her!!!
It took quite a while to get to that magical moment, but it was SOOOOO worth the wait.
I definitely was in need of a cold shower or two!!



I stared at his cock, mesmerized. Even when incased in rubber it remained a thing of true beauty. Had I any talent with a pen, I'd have written it poems. A haiku perhaps.
I was hypnotized, helpless. cock-struck.



I can't begin to express just how much this book won my heart over!
And I have to give honorable mention to Mal!
He was even more lovable and hysterical in this book than he was in "Play".


I'm going to reiterate what Jen Kyle said in her review, we need a novella for Jimmy and Lena, and YES, it needs to be in his POV!!!!!!
