Oh how I wish Jessa will end up with Max & Braxton!

“You were protecting me?” My voice was low. Emotions started bubbling up inside of me, overwhelming emotions.
“Always,” he said.

These two... I cannot wait for the second book!

“Did you just bite me?” he said, his tone low and hypnotic.
Both of his eyebrows raised, and his lips lifted in a half-curved smile. I immediately felt like prey and I had to fight the urge to run. Braxton could be a scary mother when he locked you in his gaze.
“Um, no, it wasn’t me.”
“Lie.” He growled, dropping his head back into my neck. “You’re lucky I love you. And you smell fine.”

I need a 5 stars book, so I decided to re-read this one, plus Dragon Mystics is out in a couple of days so...

I just hope it is as good as the first time around!

“Why am I nervous?” I murmured. “It’s a date and I don’t even particularly like this magic user.”
His voice echoed through the wooden door. “I can hear you, Jessa. You might as well let me in before you convince yourself out of tonight.”

This book is AWESOME!

I couldn’t lose him. Once he was mated, his female would steal him away. We are possessive like that, & none would tolerate our close friendship. Even my sister would have an issue with it. It was our nature.
Braxton captured my hand. “You will never lose me,” he murmured, reading the agony on my face. “A hundred dragon females could exist – you’re my number 1. Best friends for life, I haven’t forgotten my promise."

“We’re the future leaders of the American Supernatural Council.” His tone was guttural. “This is the last time I will say this. Stop lying to us – and before more bullshit falls from your lips, omitting information is the same damned thing.”
Daaaamn, I really, and I mean, REALLY like Braxton so far! I really like this book so far!! ;D This is good!

My head hit the desk with a loud clunk. I jerked upright, blinking rapidly. What the hell had just happened?
“I’m sorry, Miss Lebron, am I boring you?” Tall, dark, and deadly was my teacher as he loomed over my desk.
Shit, I’d fallen asleep in class again.
