All PII data retrieved from Marketplaces (example: Amazon, Walmart) is accessed via their respective APIs and are stored according to the security standards required. All PII data is removed from all hosted databases as soon as the transactions are imported into the on-premise ERP. PII data is used only once to create the shipping label for the outbound shipment. PII data is kept in the ERP as long as it needs to be stored for legal/tax reasons.
