Mayor Ima Worrywart is a character exclusive to the PC version of Mario is Missing!, appearing as the fictional mayor of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. His name is a pun on the phrase "I'm a worrywart".

Like all other mayors in the game, he contacts Luigi via videophone upon his arrival in the city, as well as after all of the artifacts in the area have been returned to their rightful locations. In the first call, Mayor Ima Worrywart states that his office is taking up a thousand calls a minute; people reported that landmarks are dropping like flies.

Once all of the artifacts have been recovered, Luigi receives a second call from Mayor Ima Worrywart, who thanks him for saving the city from the Koopas and wishes him luck on the rest of his adventure.
