Monoma has shown extreme disdain for the students of Class 1-A because he feels they have unfairly been given the spotlight over his class. He is constantly butting heads with Class 1-A and gets reprimanded by his fellow classmates as a result. He is also known for his impressive Copy Quirk, which allows him to copy the quirk of anyone he touches for up to five minutes.

Rody Soul is the main character of the third MHA film My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission who assists Izuku as they run away from the law and try to stop Flect Turn's Quirk Singularity Doomsday. Rody is a teenage boy who takes up various jobs to support his little siblings and also has an affinity for flying and planes. His Soul Quirk manifests in a small pink bird named Pino who shows and acts on what Rody truly feels. This quirk makes it impossible for him to lie once the truth of Pino is revealed.

Yo Shindo
Ketsubutsu Academy High School student Yo Shindo made his first series appearance during the Provisional Hero License Exam Arc. Although he came off as friendly at first, it was soon revealed that he was a cunning individual who tried to get the UA HIgh School students to let their guards down so he and his classmates could eliminate them easier. His Vibrate Quirk allows him to create vibrations and shockwaves through anything he touches. He is also able to control the speed, strength, and durations of these vibrations.
Current Number One hero Endeavor uses his powerful Hellflame Quirk to fight villains and care for the public. He's also known as Enji Todoroki, the father of Shoto, Fuyumi, Toya, and Natsuo Todoroki, who didn't make the greatest decisions as a dad while they were growing up. His goal is to repair his family and do his part in saving the world against All for One.
The series biggest antagonist and villain is none other than All for One. His quirk - also named All for One - allows him to take and give quirks from person to person with ease. By doing this he has been able to corral a large group of followers, as well as fight and destroy enemies by taking their quirks or using multiple at once to defeat them. The opposing quirk, One for All, was originally held by his brother Yoichi and has since been inherited by Izuku Midoriya. This quirk is theorized to be the only way to stop All for One's reign of terror.
Overhaul is a villain and former Yakuza leader of the Shie Hassaikai. Having been introduced to the Yakuza by his grandfather, Overhaul took it upon himself to work towards eradicating quirks from society. To do this he abused Eri and used her Rewind Quirk to create a Quirk-Destroying Drug. This drug was able to completely eliminate someone's quirk when injected into the target. His own quirk - also named Overhaul - allows him to assemble and disassemble matter by touching it.

A current member of the League of Villains, Spinner joined the antagonistic group after being inspired by vigilante villain Stain. His original quirk Gecko gives him the appearance of a gecko as well as the ability to cling to things easily.

Satsuki Asui is a younger sibling to Class 1-A's Tsuyu Asui. Although not much of her has been seen in the anime, from the small clips and mentions we can infer that she is a very important person in Tsuyu's life. Yosetsu Awase is a member of Class 1-B. During the UA Sports Festival Arc and Class 1-A Vs. Class 1-B Arc he was able to show off his impressive Weld Quirk. This quirk allows him to connect two things on the subatomic level by touching both targets at once. With this ability he is able to weld together inanimate objects, people, and even himself.

Rikido Sato is a student and member of UA High School's Class 1-A. Also known by his hero name Sugarman, Sato possesses the quirk Sugar Rush, which allows him increase his strength output from three to five times his usual limit. However, this power is dependent on the amount of sugar he ingests, so it is required for him to eat extreme amounts of sweets in order to activate his quirk.

Samidare Asui is the younger brother of Class 1-A's Tsuyu Asui. Although not much has been shown of him in the anime, from his previous mentions and small appearances we can guess that he is a very important person in Tsuyu's life. He also has a younger sister named Satsuki.

League of Villains and Vanguard Action Squad member Muscular has proven to be a tough opponent. His quirk named Muscle Augmentation allows him to manipulate his muscular layers both within and outside of his body. By doing this he has increased strength and speed. This was put on full display when he nearly bested Izuku Midoriya during the Forest Training Camp Arc.
Mineta is an UA High School student and member of Class 1-A. His quirk Pop Off allows him to remove spheres from his head that can be adjusted in stickiness. These spheres can be used to efficiently move him from place to place by bouncing off of them, or can be used to trap opponents. Mineta is also known for being incredibly perverted and constantly harasses his female classmates because of it. He is also referred to by his hero name, Grape Juice.
