*We are close on the 4th of July, come a run/walk the volkslaufe instead!! Morning & Evening Yoga Deep Stretch Dates: Monday the 11th 12:10-12:40 and Thursday, July 28th. Simply Stretching Ongoing events: Jump Training, Danielle 1-2 P.M. Held on Mon., Wed. & Fridays through July 15th. A great opportunity for your young athletes! *Don't forget to LIKE us on Facebook, a great way to stay updated on events & cancellations. *Green are paid group training sessions. Prices vary, but what a great workout!
