APPRAISAL & AGREEMENT, APPRAISAL DOCUMENT ARE PREARED & FINANCING NEGOTIATIONS ARE MADE
PROJECT TO EARN DESIRED RETURNS IT IS TECHNIQUE FOR DETERMINING SMALL PROJECTS BY CONSOLIDATING LIKE WORK ITEMS INTO ONE PROJECT TO EXPEDITE APPROVAL AND FUNDING AND TO FACILITATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT. PROJECT CYCLE:THE PROJECT CYCLE HAS SIX STAGES, EACH STAGE LINKS WITH THE PRECEDING ONE AND LEADS FORWARD TO THE NEXT ONE.THIS SYSTEM MAKES THE PROJECT CONCEPT AND CONTEXT IN WHICH IT OPERATES CLEAR AND VISIBLE AND THEREFORE ENABLES BETTER MONITORING AND EVALUATION.
