    Two pipes in a boiler tube re-heater were damaged and still attached, as seen in Figure 3.3. A visual inspection of Pipe 3 found thinning of the outer walls likely due to erosion and tears in the thinnest areas unable to withstand inner pressure. However, no depletion of the tubular walls or excessive deposits near tears were observed, and no dangerous corrosion inside the pipe was found.

    Visual Inspection.
    Two pipes re-heater damaged and are still attached can be seen from figure 3.3. Temporary
    conditions pipe 3 and 4 pipe received can be seen from figure 3.4 and 3.5.

    A visual inspection then will be on pipe 3.The results can be seen from figure 3.6 to 3.12

    From the results of a visual inspection a pipe number 3 can be drawn conclusions as follows:
    1 .Find any thinning of the walls of the pipe of the outer being allegedly caused by erosion.
    2 .Find any torn on a pipe that has least thickness , allegedly caused by no longer able to withstand
    pressure from in a pipe.
    3 .Not the wall found the occurrence of depletion of passage in a tubular.
    4 .There was no evidence excessive deposit on an area of around torn.
    5 .Not findings of the damaged due to corrosion in passage in a tubular , pitting as corrosion ,
    caustic corrosion and kind of corrosion that endangers the other
