Visual Inspection.
Two pipes re-heater damaged and are still attached can be seen from figure 3.3. Temporary
conditions pipe 3 and 4 pipe received can be seen from figure 3.4 and 3.5.

A visual inspection then will be on pipe 3.The results can be seen from figure 3.6 to 3.12

From the results of a visual inspection a pipe number 3 can be drawn conclusions as follows:
1 .Find any thinning of the walls of the pipe of the outer being allegedly caused by erosion.
2 .Find any torn on a pipe that has least thickness , allegedly caused by no longer able to withstand
pressure from in a pipe.
3 .Not the wall found the occurrence of depletion of passage in a tubular.
4 .There was no evidence excessive deposit on an area of around torn.
5 .Not findings of the damaged due to corrosion in passage in a tubular , pitting as corrosion ,
caustic corrosion and kind of corrosion that endangers the other
