5. At about 06:10 p.m. of January 28, 2017 at Purok Lemonsito, Brgy. Umapad,
Mandaue City, suspect , 22 years old, single, resident of Purok Sili, Cambaro,
Mandaue City was arrested by the personnel of this station during buy-bust operation
after he sold of one(1) pc small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
white crystalline substance believed to be ‘shabu” to the poseur buyer in w/c during
body search after his arrest, the arresting officers were able to confiscate from his
possession and control (1) pcs small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
white crystalline substance believed to be shabu resulted for his immediate arrest for
violation of section 5 and 11 , Article II of R.A. 9165. Suspect as of now was detained
at this station and the evidences/shabu were immediately delivered to PNP-Crime
laboratory for laboratory examination after marking, photographed and inventory.

At about 06: 10 p.m. more or less of August 9, 2017 at Sector 3, Pagsabungan, Mandaue City, above-named suspect was
arrested by the personnel of this station during buy-bust operation after he sold-out to a poseur buyer of One(1) pc. small
heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, however, during body
search after his arrest, the arresting officers recovered from his possession and control of three(3) pcs. small heat sealed
transparent plastic sachets w/ white crystalline substance believed to be shabu , resulting for his immediate arrest for
Section 5 and 11 ,Article II of R.A 9165. Suspect is now detained at this station for filling of appropriate charges in court
while the evidences were brought to PNPRCLO7 for chemistry analysis after markings, photograph and inventory.
