Little Introduction on ICT

ICT means, Information Communication technology and ICT today plays an integral part in 21st
Century Curriculum and supports collaboration, creation, communication and critical thinking
among young learners.

Problem solving
When we closely look into the entire process of SQC, the problem seems to be the key element
and it is. It is a tool to help student realize few things as an individual,

Realizing that problems seizes peace of their mind

We have to solve our own problems

We have to observe the problems and collect facts and figures.

Understanding the characteristics of the problem is important

Root cause of the problem is important to be identified before we can solve it.

We have to focus in few vital root causes

We have to collaboratively resolve the problems as there are several parameters to the cause of
the problems.

Working with Tools and Technology
Human civilizations have advanced due to the use of tools and technology in every aspects from
Agriculture to industry.

There are several tools, techniques and technology to excel as a person, collaborate in a team
and transcend as an existence spiritually.

This training for three days is designed to put into the use of plenty of tools, techniques and
technology towards building a positive personality.

Personality development
Personality Development is a continual process and people change all over their life, however
the changes in young age is huge. Some of creative context like SQC and ICT can have a huge
positive impact on development of personality among students of young ages.

There are three major facet of personality:

● Personally Smart

● Socially Good

● Spiritually Universal

Though some of the books and literature focus and explain on the smartness and goodness as
major characteristics of a complete personality development, they miss the essence of existence
without the mention of the spiritual dimension.

Building the Base
There are fundamentally three founding blocks of building a better personality, and they are:

1. Set of belief one hold in life

2. Behavioral Reflection as an Individual

3. Cultural Collaboration

4. Spiritually Interconnected

We will be explaining the terms and concepts in coming pages.
