Club Assistance – please note that our club operates on volunteer assistance, please indicate at least two areas where you can help.
Gate Starter Be there by 5.45pm; Set up Start Gate & Lights; Start Gate Practice at 5.45pm; Start each race once all riders have got to last corner Yes
on track; put Start gate and lights away at the conclusion of racing
Shop Be there by 5.30pm; Take orders for hot food prior to racing starting; Ensure lollies, drinks and food is full; Serve in shop; Pack Yes
everything away; Wash utensils and surfaces
Callup Be there by 5.50pm; Collect call up sheets from points shed; Stand at bottom of start ramp and give each rider their lane for the Yes
moto they are in; there should be two motos up the ramp at all times
Hire Hut Be there at 5.15pm, ensure Loan Bikes Container is unlocked; put Hi Vis vest on so new people know who you are; serve people Yes
wanting to hire bikes/gear; fill in the Loan Bike whiteboard with all rider/bike details, ensure all bikes/gear have been returned at
end of night
Marshalling Be there by 5.50pm; Get a Hi Vis Vest from the hire hut and Yellow/Green Flag; ensure you are on the track in marshall position Yes
before practice starts. Raise yellow flag when rider is down - assist rider if required; Raise Green Flag once all riders from a moto
are past 4th corner; Help any rider that has fallen off; Return flags and hi vis vests to points shed at conclusion of club night
