BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

New Ambala Bakery (NAB) is a bakery retail establishment located in --------. NAB expects
to catch the interest of a regular loyal customer base with its broad variety and best quality of
bakery products. We plan to build a strong market position in the town, due to the mild
competitive climate in the area. NAB aims to offer its products at a competitive price to meet
the demand of the middle-to higher-income local market area residents and tourists and also
to provide the best quality and a good service to the customers in this competitive price.

and snacks on a daily basis, and all what we are going to do to push our products to them.

 The threat that is likely going to confront us is the fact that we are competing with
already established bakeries.

the same location we plan to launch out from.

 People already commit to already establish bakeries we need to capture other well
established bakeries costumers.
