COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this course is to provide learning experiences for physical education majors.
Here the aim is to provide the required theoretical and practical inputs in order to provide an
integrated and holistic understanding and developing positive attitudes, values, skills and behavior
related to health and physical education.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
We will conduct a mini performance test showcasing their movement skill using the basic
positions of yoga, gymnastics and some basic stunts
