    The third year Bachelor of Secondary Education would like to


    convey their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the Almighty God who
    strengthened and enlightened us in making this Field Study 1, 2, and 3
    Learning Guide a successful one.
    Genuine thanks are also extended to the following who willingly
    helped, shared and contributed for the fulfillment of this study.

    To our supportive and loving family who motivated us so much for


    the accomplishment of our study.

    To our Field Study Instructor, Mr. Elmer Hamili, for guiding and letting
    us discover and explore the true essence of teaching.

    To the principal of Baclayon National High School for allowing us to


    observe their classes for the fulfillment of our need and giving her warm
    message to be an effective teacher in the future.

    To the faculty of Baclayon National High School for accepting us

    DEDICATION
    To all the things I’ve done, I would like to dedicate these final
    outputs of my Field Study observation. First, to our God the Father who
    gives blessings and guidance in fulfilling all the requirements and finishing
    the subject. With Him, everything is possible. He enlightened my mind to
    overcome all the challenges and problems I encountered and to have
    patience in dealing with the learners. He helped me to be exposed and
    to widen my experiences in the field of teaching.

    Second is for my parents. I would like to dedicate my work to them


    because of their undying support in my studies and provide my needs
    especially financial aspect. Likewise, they encouraged me to do my work
    with passion and honesty and to complete the given task until the end.

    Third is for myself. All the hard works, sacrifices and effort I put on to
    this subject were all worth remembering because I learned a lot and it
    opened doors for the actuality of teaching. I also learned the different
    ways and strategies to become an effective teacher. I also learned how
    to use the learning materials correctly and efficiently. I know this will serve
    as my guide if I will become a teacher someday.

    To my future students whom I might share my learning, knowledge


    and experiences, I will use these observation sheets to be my inspiration in
    dealing with my pupils’ different characteristics and abilities. These will
    also be my guide to become an effective teaching material.
