THE PROBLEM
Introduction
Finding a job is the act of looking for employment due to unemployment, discontent
with the current position, or desire for a better position, (Vilorio, 2011). It is one of the
most exciting parts in life of every graduates or every person who are seeking job. It is a
long way that marks a new direction towards fulfillment and satisfaction of an individual
to their chosen field. But finding a job can also cause stress and disappointment
particularly when you think of the challenges that may be encountered along the way. It
has been observed that many colleges and universities produce graduates who remain
parasites after graduation because they cannot sustain the standard of job qualification
of some companies have who are looking for manpower. It is unfortunate that many
graduates typically have academic and technical skills; they often lack some basic skills,
A productive job performance is often confused with the effort that refers to energy
outcomes produced on a specified job function or activity during a specified time period.
An employee is considered as the heart of the company and his/her attitude can affect
the direction of the business. Managing performance is done with the employees because

it gave an advantage to the employees, manager and the organization. It is done in a
collaborative way. Yearly performance evaluation in job satisfaction is one of the most
formative ways to influence morale. It could justify reward decisions such as promotions,
merits and other forms of rewards. This also allows both the supervisors and subordinates
to develop a plan for correcting any deficiencies that appraisal might have reinforce and
the feedback clarifies the employees job expectations held by their specific supervisors.
Performance appraisal helps evaluate the individual share, relative to the team’s
progressive one. It is how the citizens of a certain country earn money for their family in
order to attain a good living. In exchanged of money they conduct services that are line
up with their finished degree. It is an important part of people’s lives. It means more than
just being paid. It means being able to make your own choices about how you want to
live your life. It will play an important role in the society. A factor that should been focused
by the government. It benefits to both employer and employees, as well as the society.
As today’s generation, employment is hardly to find especially when you do not have a
graduate. There is more chance if a person who wants to be employed has finished
his/her study in order to perform what is asked by the employer. Readiness in finding an

This study is anchored on the KASH theory introduced by Manjula Herath (2014)
shown in figure 1. The purpose of this is to show that more often than not poor
performance is not just an issue of knowledge and skills, but also includes poor attitudes
and habits. Yet, individuals spend most of their resources developing knowledge and
skills yet fail to develop the necessary attitudes and habits for success.

The next link shows the ATTITUDE. Attitude isn’t about “good” or “bad, but it
describes your outlook and perspective on how you think. Thoughts drive actions. Actions
drive results. While knowledge and skills are important, the ability to put them to use is
defined by the attitude of the BSEM students who possess them. The attitude that a
