I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by the School Head Lorna R. Colcol to all PTA officers, BOD
officers, parents and teachers at 7:30 am at the school’s SBM room.

IV. The different stakeholders, constituted as the School Governing Council (SGC) outlined their
goals along the lines of the DepEd Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
Each member identified the most important objectives of his/her respective sector as well as
the roles that they will have in reaching them. These objectives were formulated to help realize the
DepEd’s Vision to help bring about a patriotic and competent citizenry dedicated to help buid the
nation. They were also created to facilitate a holistic learning environment, where teachers are
engaged, learners reach their fullest potential and stakeholders are committed, in line with the
DepEd’s Mission.
