    (Senior High School), the undersigned students of TVLHE-Archimedes would like to ask
    permission to conduct a research study entitled “Research Research Research”. The output of this
    research study serves as one of the requirements of the subject Inquiry, Investigation, and
    Immersion (APLD 07).

    In line with this, the group involved in this study would like to request from your office to
    allow the research data gathering inside the school premises since the respondents of this study are
    the Grade 11 TVL HE students. Rest assured that the data collected will be kept confidentially and
    will be used only for the purpose of this research study.
