V. LEARNING /EXPERIENCE IN SECOND SEMESTER

INTERNSHIP
Internships are very beneficial for students and anybody who is
trying to gain experience before they enter the real business world. I’ve
had a great experience at my two internship site and learned so many
skills. I’ve learned a lot from my first sip center because I experience
their work, how they communicate other people especially when they
conduct the fire drill activity, and also I’m thankful to them because they
treat us as their sister’/brothers or their sons/daughter’s. At my second
sip center I also learned a lot from them because this internship gave
me opportunity to practice communication skills and teamwork skills, I
meet new people especially the highest persons coming from the other
universities, practice my skills in communicating. I experience a lot
included making copies of documents, scanning, helping my supervisor
to print her documents, assisting the higher officer, process owners and
etc. during the ISO internal Quality Audit. My goals for this internship is
to learn how to professionally interact with my co- students, teachers
and anybody who visits the office and how to fulfil tasks that are relevant
to my desired career path and sharpening the skills that I already
possess.

VI. NARRATIVE REPORT

Internship training will give students with experience a better
understanding of how to operate in a business and experience related to
their chosen vocation, internship training is part of the college curriculum.
The student trainees are given the chance to share lessons or expertise
they have learned from their teachers in the classroom. College students
must complete an internship within a predetermined amount of hours.
Internship training will enable student trainees to pick up new skills that
could assist them handle tasks and obligations effectively. Because
internship training gives students the chance to practice professionalism
and a passion of learning, it also helps them grow personally.

VII. PROBLEMS MET DURING INTERNSHIP

The days of my internship are about to come to a close, but I still have
plenty of pleasant and painful experiences to gather. These recollections
will make reflecting on my experience worth-while. Every tribulation has
challenges, but I use them as stepping stones to the top. Challenges such
how to handle documents more effectively, track essential manuscripts,
take time, and maintain good record keeping practices. To top it all off, I
have first-hand knowledge from participating in an ISO internal audit.

VIII. HOW DID YOU HANDLE THE SITUATION

I handle this situation by asking help to my co-internship students,

managing my time and to have a teamwork so that our work will be done
on time.

X. CLOSING STATEMENT AND LEARNINGS

FROM OJT

I learned from this program how important it is to be

knowledgeable about and passionate about what you do. As a student,
all I can do right now is try my best in whatever I do while maintaining a
good mindset, be motivated, love the route I am on, and study as much
as I can in school. It is also very gratifying to know that you have
accomplished something, and it is even more gratifying when there are
people who are so proud of what you have done, and I felt this feeling
during my On-the-Job Training. I realized that I should be more focused
in school and do everything heartily and with all that I can. It motivated
me to pursue my goals with greater grit and compete in everything. And
also thank you to my supervisor Doc. Shirley D. Frigillano to give us a
good working relationships and warm welcome us.
