IV. PROCEDURES
A. Introduction What I need to know?
 The learners will do some read through of the
lesson expectation.
 After this the lesson will be presented.
 Learning objectives should be stablished to lead the
learner on the learning purpose.
What’s New?
 The learners will answer the pre-test question
related on the topic presented.
 The learners will identify the different Personal
Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills needed in
Shielded Metal Arc Welding.
 After identifying the different personal
entrepreneurial characteristics, they will answer the
questions provided at the end of the activity.
B. Development What I know?
 The learner will answer an activity to test their
knowledge about the personal entrepreneurial
characteristic.
 After answering the question, they may check their
answer to determine their knowledge about the
given topic.
What is in?
 The learners will read the paragraph about the
personal entrepreneurial characteristic or PECs that
entrepreneur should possess.
 Students clearly identify the components of
achievement cluster, planning cluster and the
power cluster.
What is it?
 To have more knowledge about the topic presented
learners will compare one’s PECS with that of the
practitioner/ entrepreneur.

C. Engagement What is more?


 The learners may consider which of those
characteristics might describe them. Think about
how you may have demonstrated some of
entrepreneurial characteristics through school work.
Do it in your journal or note book.
 The learners will record the personal
entrepreneurial characteristics in the table provided
in the activity sheets.
What I can do?
 Interview at least three successful entrepreneurs.
Ask them to discuss their personal characteristics
that they think have help them in their
entrepreneurial career.
What other enrichment activities can I engage in?
 This time students study the different topics that
will enrich their knowledge of PECs. Read all the
important details about the succeeding topic
carefully.

 After setting their own personal goals and targets in
achieving the objective of this modules, the
students checked their inherent knowledge of PECs.
