    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    WE, ROQUE L. VACALARES, METODIO L. VACALARES, and FELICITAS B.


    NACASABOG, all of legal age, Filipino, married, and residents of Zone 3, Baluarte, Tagoloan,
    Misamis Oriental, Philippines, the HEIRS of the deceased ROSALIO B. VACALARES and
    EUSEBIA L. VACALARES, do hereby name and appoint PACIENCIO L. VACALARES of legal
    age, Filipino, marrieD and a resident of Zone 3, Baluarte, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental,
    Philippines, to be our lawful attorney-in-fact and representative, and for that end to do and
    perform for and my behalf the following acts, deeds and/or things to wit:

    1. To represent us for and in our behalf in the processing of documents for the
    registration of our ownership over a parcel of land described as Lot 1428 at
    Baluarte, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, which is covered by Tax Declaration No.
    08-14-0002-02143 with the concerned agencies of the government of the
    Philippines;

    2. To work on, facilitate and follow-up the registration of our ownership over the
    abovementioned parcel of land in our names before the proper government
    agencies;

    3. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all documents and
    papers, as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said documents from the
    concerned agencies or offices of the Republic of the Philippines, as well as to do
    any and all acts in order to accomplish the aforementioned acts and deeds;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
    authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary
    to be done, in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes as we might
    and could lawfully do if personally present with all the power of substitution or revocation
    and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or his substitute
    can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
