    1. To negotiate, transact, to process building permit and occupancy permit, and enter/sign any
    documents concerning my lot purchase from JP Orleans Realty Development Corporation,
    particularly at West Lake Villa 3, Brgy. Tanque, Roxas City, Capiz, Block 34, Lot 27 and
    28 with total of 160 sq.m.

    2. To secure and to receive all documents;

    3. To receive any and all communications connected with the foregoing transactions;

    4. To do and perform any and all acts necessary to accomplish above-stated transactions.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
    to do and perform all and every act requisite to all intents and purposes as I might or could
    lawfully do if personally present. HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my
