As we all are aware' clur coutltry is going through
a National Emergency that has arisen
due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

UGC has issued revised guidelines on examination


and academic calender tor all
Universities, in view of the covlD-l 9 on 06107/2020.
Ail the AICTE approved institutions /
universities are recluested to follow IJGC Revised
Guidelines on Examination.
Accordingly, Council has issued revised Acadenric Calenclar
for 2020-21 fbr Technical
Institutions (copy attached)

The slasses may be started in online / ofTline (class room)


or blended mode (online +
ofiline) fbllowing the prescribed protocors / guidelines rerated
to coVID-r 9
The acadernic calendar may further change sub.ject
to the condition existing due to
covlD-19 pandemic and guidelines issued by Ministry of Health, Home and Human Resource

Exarninations issued on 06/07 /2020 in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

2. l'he classes may be started in online/ offlinel (class roonr) or blended mode (online"r offline)following the
prescribed protocols/ guidelines related to COVlD 19 pandemic.

3. I'he academic calendar may further change subject to the conditiorrs existing due to COVID-19 pandentic and
guidelines issued by Ministries of l"1ealth, Honre and l-luman Resource Development.

4. Instil.ulions who have already started classes as per earlier AIC1 [ calendar, either postpone the classes or
conduct special r:lasses for the students who would be required to appear in final year examination of their
Gradual ion/ Diplclrna.
