BUSINESS BACKGROUND
Since January 20, 2018, AINAA Beau has been a well-established cosmetics
manufacturer in Malaysia. The founders of AINAA Beau goods are Syafiqah Aina
and Hafiz Mahamad. His wife, Syafiqah Aina, a well-known model, was the one who
first came up with the idea for AINAA Beau. Syafiqah Aina began to develop skin
issues as a result of the make-up she wore during her photo shoot. Syafiqah Aina
began to experience skin problems as a result of the make-up she wore during her
photo shoot, including dull skin, rashes, and allergies, as well as a blemished look on
her skin.
The first step in the business was when they decided to create their own
serum, AINAA Serum, with the help of a reputable Malaysian cosmetics company.
The serum received 20,000 pre-orders in less than a week, suggesting that the product
is popular. In such a short period of time, AINAA Beau Ventures was able to record a
total of 4000 client engagements involving other Southeast Asian countries such as
Brunei, Indonesia, and Singapore. Hafiz Mahamad and Syafiqah Aina stress their
desire to assist young people in becoming successful and to raise the level of
determination to succeed among this community. To remain ahead of the competition,
Hafiz and Aina devised a strategic marketing plan for their new business projects by
offering AINAA Beau members a one-of-a-kind sales scheme.

MOTIVATING FACTORS TO BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR
The dream of pursuing ideals must be in line with the effort and belief in a
chosen field. Nursyafiqah Aina binti Abdul Wahab or better known as Syafiqah Aina,
26 years old continues to place the highest level of achievement in life so that every
goal is achieved. And now Syafiqah Aina is able to smile when her business empire,
AINAA Beauty finds a place in society, especially in the younger generation.
Syafiqah Aina, who has a sweet face, began to talk about her life journey in business.
“Before starting the AINAA Beauty business, she worked as a Muslim model for four
years and was active on social media. Through the exposure of her life, Syafiqah Aina
has learned a lot about business and marketing while working as a model.
Effort and focus must be present in order to achieve goals in business, but all
of them must be balanced in life. For Syafiqah Aina, “she always holds the words,
‘Success for Happiness’. Where wants to find success to make people around happy
by sharing what he has earned. At the beginning of the establishment of AINAA
Beauty, Syafiqah aina was severely criticized because people blindly said that I traded
in ‘junk products’ and products weighing kilos so that some customers insulted and
deliberately threw their products to the floor. At that time, Syafiqah aina’s husband,
who is also the founder of Ainaa beauty, gave a lot of encouragement to continue to
rise up and prove to the community that what they said was not true.Syafiqah Aina
has also given advice to all Malaysian women that “Every woman can be independent
and generate income, take risks and make their own decisions. So far, society has
become accustomed to the stigma that women are unable to stand out on par with
men. They just end up being housewives and sitting in the kitchen. But not anymore
in this day and age! The fact is, many women are more capable of doing many things

CONCLUSION
Entrepreneurs are individual who have special characteristics and traits that can
differentiate them from other individuals. As we know, entrepreneur must have high self-
confidence to create something new so that what is created will be successful and accepted by
society . An individual also must have good personality for example hard working, not afraid
to take risk, not easy to give up if they fails in the beginning. This entrepreneurship is
affected by environment factors like economic, social, political, psychological, legal and
cultural. An entrepreneur is not born but made, these are one of the truths about
entrepreneurs. Thus, entrepreneurs are definitely unique compared to managers in many way
possible.
