RESEARCH PROBLEM

Understanding the concepts of Training and Development and making a Analysis of need of Training and

Development followed by Subros, Noida and giving appropriate suggestions for improvement.

RESEARCH DESIGN

Exploratory research design is being followed here where attempt is being made to identify the reasons or facts

for finding the solution to the given problem.

Exploratory research is generally carried out by tapping the sources of information i.e.

 Study of secondary sources

 Discussion with individuals

 Questionnaires

TOOLS USED FOR DATA COLLECTION

 Primary data collected through questionnaires and informal interviews.

 Secondary data collected through magazines, journals, websites, and other corporate publications.

PROCEDURE FOR DATA COLLECTION

 Communication, asking questions and receiving a response in person.

 Visiting the various libraries, internet and also preparation of the questionnaire with the help of the

project guide.

Analytical tools used over here are charts and graphs.
