Controller description
1、Controller introduction:
High-speed 32-bit processor, all optocoupler isolation can be directly connected to switches and

motor drives, with relay output interface can directly drive high-power equipment such as warning

light buzzer, with power supply and input and output signal indicator, provide project examples

Program, provide schematic, industrial grade controller, super anti-interference ability! !

2、Controller parameter description:


1、1 way power input port (9-30V);

2、One channel of VCC, 5V and 3.3V power output ports (maximum current 1.5A, convenient for

external equipment, it is strictly forbidden to supply power to high-power equipment);

3、SWD program burn-in interface 1 way (send a download line, send the driver, download the

program directly after installation);

4、11-channel switch input port (all internal optocoupler isolation, 2 of which are high-speed input

ports, convenient to collect high-speed pulses, realize PID closed-loop control);

5、2 analog input ports (acquisition voltage: 0-3.3V, if a high voltage is required, a series resistor is

required);

6、8-bit magnetic navigation 10 pin socket input port 2, can be directly connected with 8-bit magnetic

navigation sensor and power supply;

7、16-bit magnetic navigation 20 pin socket input port 1 channel, can be directly connected with

16-bit magnetic navigation sensor and power supply;

8、8-channel switch output port (all internal optocoupler isolation, 2 of which are high-speed output

ports, convenient to provide high-speed pulse output and realize motor PWM speed regulation);

9、3-way relay output port (allows 2A maximum current), has a shared COM port for high-power

device control and drive;

10、2-way RS232 interface;

11、1 way RS485 interface;

3、Controller interface description:


Interface Description:
IO input port: NPN input (internal optocoupler isolation), low level is 0V, high level is 5V;
AD input port:The range of the acquisition range is 0-3.3V. If it is necessary to collect the
high-voltage range, it is necessary to connect the voltage-dividing resistor and perform proportional
conversion.
IO output:NPN output (internal optocoupler isolation); low level is 0V, high level is 5V;
Relay output:The low-level signal relay is turned on, and the high-level signal relay is turned off;
each group of relay output terminals is independently designed and does not interfere with each
other, and can be used as signal terminal conduction control, or can be used as a power switch to
turn on power supply, etc. The maximum is 2A;
PWM output:The high level is 5V and the low level is 0V.
