Performance management It entails getting down with employees and reviewing their performance
indicators to see whether they are ahead of schedule or behind schedule. It's
a communication process in which management and employees collaborate
to plan, monitor, and evaluate an employee's job goals and overall
contribution to the company. Employees, for example, are given monthly
ratings and incentives based on their performance.

Process Explaination
Key performance A key performance indicator (KPI) is a metric that is used to evaluate a
indicators person's productivity. A key performance indicator (KPI) is typically
defined as a numerical number that expresses the relationship between
one indication and another across time. A KPI in sales, for example,
could be the number of calls made, appointments arranged, or deals
closed. The time it would take to complete 100% of the design and the
time it would take to implement the design are two IT KPIs.
Reviews/Feedbacks It is critical to receive feedback and reviews in order to enhance your
performance. You must receive feedback, analyse the input, and, if there
is a problem, sit down with the individual to clarify the problem and how
to solve it in the future. Feedback should be presented in a clear and
