Process and Guidelines For ID Card Submission
You are yet to submit your TCS ID card and/or SEZ pass. The Service Certificate and Release
Letter can be issued only after the cards are returned.
1. You may either send your Id Card via Courier or handover to the respective
Vendor who will visit to your residence for pickup/collection of your asset. Please
confirm submission of cards vide mail post courier/handover, do mention TCS Emp
no, contact no. in subject line.
2. If you are unable to submit your TCS ID card and/or SEZ pass to TCS office as
explained above, you are required to make payment towards non submission of
cards thru NEFT.
You are also required to submit an Undertaking assuring prohibition of misuse of the
TCS ID Card and/or SEZ pass in your possession. Format of Undertaking is enclosed
herewith. (You can fill in the necessary details and affix your scanned signature and
convert the file to PDF). Separation clearance will be internally sought from Admin
department and exit documents like experience and release letters would be will be
issued within 3 days from receipt of the below

III. details of payment confirmation (screen shot)
P.S:- Please note that if you are opting for option 2, the amount paid towards TCS ID card /
SEZ pass charges will be non-refundable.
