household finds themselfs unemployd or ill.

To give help to the many cases of drug abuse which unfortunately to-
day we have many young people using.
This will give their parents a deserved rest and assurance that their
children are not displaying their illness in our streets and squares.
Provide and create centers for the aged where they can have more
leisure and cultural occupations. So as they can live as smooth as pos-
sible in their retirment assisted by professional teams centers wich
wouldprovide meeting point´s, dancing, live music, boardgames and
fun activities to improve the quality of our Elders.
Creating a center for the mentally ill, unfortunately we have many fa-
milies in our town who suffer with this problem and have to move to
the capital of the province.
We have existing buildings and under construction and we can adapt
them as centers for the mentally ill at a fairly low cost as we will re-
ceive help and support from the Junta de Andalucis. We have houses
and other buildings that can be used as nursing homes and centers to
provide help, information and support to the community.
 SECURITY

Safety in urban space has become a major demand of the citicent. In

nal acts, but should broaden to provide tranquility to all. Prevention is

TRANSPORT

Bus servicein all arcas of the city, create new taxi ranks, school trans-
port to all children in the city with minimal cost to parents and fami-
lies, extention of bus services and hours so that workers who´s job
requires late finishing can get home using public transport, low cost
fares for families with economic problems.
 ENERGY

Renewal of street lighting and use of new technologies saving our city
almost 40% of monthly consumption.

BEACHES

Regeneration of the beaches and their conservation opening of the

chiringuitos all year as they are part of our touristic attraction, expan-
sion of the port La Bajadilla in order for laneer cruise ships to dock
which would bring benefits to all of Marbella not only economically
but would increase our international prestige.

YOUTH

Creation of areas and facilities for clubs and bars to bring together
our youth and avoid having them having to go to other towns which
have better and more facilities than Marbella. This would also redu-
ce the risk of our youth having to drive to these places less risk for
them and for the city. Organize events and concerts not just in sum-
mer but all year.
Bikers conferences which would atmaet largs numbers of people and
increas occupancy of our hotels.

SPORTS

Integration between U.D.Marbella and U.D. San Pedro, administered

and directed by the city couneil and via the delegation for sports, to
maximise the potencial of our football players. Provide clubs for the
development of sport in general and for specialized sports.
Subsidize elite athletes who are of olympic standards and who bring
awareness to Marbella. Maintenance of facilities and not let private
companies continue to exploit them. Organize national and internatio-
nal sporting events such as tennis, football, basketball, rugby, swim-
ming, waterpolo. Construction of a sports pavilion for sports sceh as
basketball, indoor football or handball.

CLEANING

Cleaning is fundamental in any city. The streets and squarea should be

in good state and presence since its also an attration for turist, a clean
and secure city is synonymous with success.
Motorized equipment for thecollection of dog excrement surveillance
to control owners who walk their pets on the streets only when they
need to do them necessity´s, fine´s and sanctions, we shoud be respon-
sible for our pet´s.
 WORKS

Improvement projects throughout the municipality will be held with

staff on the payroll of the consistory, some projects will require
outsourcing but this only when need and budget all the contracts will
be agreed only by the council, wich will look for quality and price.
When outsourcing contracts , contracts must specify that 60%of the
staff must be local. I ask that you contribute to this program one wich
you can place your trust and check on a day to day basis that we com-
ply with our words to bring benefit´s to you and our city.

FAIRS

The fair of Marbella will take its place in the old town, the night fair
will remain in its place.
In San Pedro de Alcantara will continue to be in the same place.
Las Chapas, La Colonia del Angel, Nueva Andalucia andallothers will
continue in suitable locations.
We will bring back some old traditions such as pastoral at christmas,
bag racing, etc.
Dishes from different countries in a mixed location.
