BUT NOT ONLY!! We work in other kind of projects that we believe can be useful for the
local community.
About the Project
IncSPORT/inSPAIN will bring together 29 youth workers from 7 countries of the Erasmus+ program). 4 for each
country partner and 5 for Leitmotiv as coordinator. These are young workers who work daily with one of the most
vulnerable groups of the population - young people from migrant and refugee communities between the ages of 18
and 29.
In order to stimulate the resolution of the problems they face, our organization plans a series of activities that,
through non- formal education methods, will contribute to the achievement of the project's objectives.
As an effective and sustainable way to achieve the goals of the project as well as the objectives of the Erasmus +
program, LEITMOTIV will use sports, team games, outdoor activities, role-playing games, icebreakers, discussions,
presentations, theater, movie nights, Living Library and more.
During the mobility, the so-called Experiential learning methodology will be used. It includes 5 phases, always
starting with the so-called "Experience".
In the ideology of our organization, sport is recognized as one of the available tools for the successful integration
of migrants and refugees, a generator of positive human relations, a creator of positive role models and a
facilitator of interethnic ties.
The very pursuit of winning is a strong incentive for human behavior, and when people of different ethnicities are
part of a team and together struggle to win, it creates many strong and healthy friendships that outlast even years
of ethnic prejudice.
About the Project
During the planned mobility, sport will be promoted as a tool for non-formal education, which has the power to
promote social inclusion and socialization through equal participation opportunities.
It should be remembered that sport builds personal qualities in the person who practices it: specific sports skills,
discipline, morals and ethics, perseverance, respect for the opponent and the rules, and of course, sport is health.
At the same time, sport is a universal language that breaks down all barriers, puts a sign of equality between
everyone on the field and thus has a social effect on the host society. The direct contact between different groups
of people breaks stereotypes and prejudices, builds understanding and even friendships. Youth workers will also
be introduced to the theory of contact (Gordon Allport's Contact Theory), which scientifically proves that a direct
meeting between people is the shortest path to understanding and tolerance.
The methods used will lead to the acquisition of new and improvement of existing knowledge, skills, attitudes and
competences in youth workers. The methods used will lead to the acquisition by the youth workers of new
knowledge, skills, attitudes and competences and the improvement of the existing ones.
The properly defined profile of participants in the youth mobility is a very important prerequisite for successful
project implementation. LEITMOTIV Association will look for youth workers whose organizations (or themselves)
work with migrant / refugee youth and those who during their daily work target young people who are excluded
from society for one reason or another. The participants in the youth mobility, according to Erasmus criteria, will
be over 18 years of age, but without an upper age limit. This will add additional value to our project, as we will
have a wide variety of participants, knowledge, experience, ideas, and approaches. The experience gained by each
participant over the years is a very valuable resource that we plan to use in the implementation of this project.
The involvement of a diverse group of people is a very important aspect that fosters creativity and partnership
through different ideas and experiences.

ABOUT ROBLEDO
HTTPS://ES.WIKIPEDIA.ORG/WIKI/ROBLEDO_(ALBACETE)
Robledo is a Spanish municipality located in the southeast of the
Iberian Peninsula, in the province of Albacete, within the
autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha. Its three population
centers (Robledo, El Cubillo, and Los Chospes) stand just on the
edge of the aforementioned N-322 road. Integrated into the Sierra
de Alcaraz region, it is situated 68 kilometers from the provincial
capital. The municipal term is crossed by the national road N-322,
between pk 285 and 302, as well as by the regional roads CM-320,
which connects to Viveros, and CM-3133, which heads towards El
Ballestero.
Robledo is located between the first foothills of the Sierra de
Alcaraz and the Campos de Montiel, between the plains and the
mountains. The altitude ranges from 1112 meters in the southeast, at
the border with Peñascosa, to 890 meters on the banks of the Jardín
River. The village stands at 1040 meters above sea level.
In 2020, it had 376 inhabitants according to official data from the
INE.
Paleolithic remains have been found in Fuente Aparicio and
Villaverde. Additionally, more remnants have been discovered from
the Neolithic period. Polished stone objects have been found in El
Charcón, to the north of the municipal term, and in the wetlands
near El Campillo, and El Arquillo. At this point, there are some
remarkably skilled rock paintings executed in a single color, red.
Notable among them are a fish and a large stag, the latter with an
impressive antler sporting 16 points, giving it a sense of majesty and
strength. https://www.robledo.es/
ABOUT THE ACCOMODATION
LA
" ESTACIÓN" RURAL HOUSES IN ROBLEDO (ALBACETE):
The rural houses are located a 15-minute walk from the town center, so we'll have to
walk there and back on foot several times. However, since this is a sports-related
project, it makes sense to stay active throughout the week! The rooms have 3 beds
each. Each house has only one bathroom, so we need to plan showers well and be
patient. There's also an extra one in a common area that everyone in the team can
use. The houses are equipped with a living room, heating, kitchen, and several rooms
with bunk beds and single beds. Keep in mind that Robledo is a very small village
with only 300 inhabitants. There's only one bar, and it's not open every day. We also
have a nearby hotel, but its hours are not very flexible, so breakfast will be served in
the houses. Each participant will have to prepare their own. We'll leave everything
necessary in the kitchens for each day: coffee, milk, cookies, tea, cocoa, bread, fruit,
yogurt, cold cuts, typical pastry products, and everything else needed. Each
participant will be responsible for their breakfast. They also need to inform us of any
food allergies, intolerances, etc. Lunch and dinner will be served in a common area
in the town center, featuring traditional Spanish cuisine dishes and those from the
Castilla La Mancha region, prepared by the village's cooks who provide daily
catering menus for some groups. We will accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and any
allergies and intolerances of all participants.
