    DEED OF SALE OF A MOTORCYCLE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED, made and executed in Catbalogan City, by and between-

    JAY AR R. MIOLE, of legal age, married, Filipino and with residence at Pier 2,
    Napungas, Asuncion, Del Norte, hereinafter called the VENDOR

    - and -

    MARJUN A. ADLAWAN., also of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence at Pier 6.
    Brgy. Maulong,Catbalogan City, hereinafter called the VENDEE-

    WITNESSETH:

    THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of FITHTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,


    000.00) the VENDOR hereby sells, transfers, and conveys unto the VENDEE, and
    assigns, the receipt , whereof is hereby acknowledge, unto the said VENDEE, her heirs
    and assigns, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, or claims whatsoever that
    certain motorcycle with Certificate of Registration (CR) No. 9562049-1issued on
    January 21, 2010 and Official Receipt (OR) No. 1423359534 issued on August 01, 2018
    by the LTO, Tagum District Office, particularly described as follows:

    MAKE/SERIES : HONDA CFT125M9PH;


    BODY TYPE : MOTORCYCLE
    ENGINE NO. : XRM15E123053;
    CHASSIS NO. : XRM15123045;
    YEAR MODEL : 2009
    PLATE NO. : 4337 LG

    That the VENDOR warrants unto the said VENDEE, and assigns, full title and ownership
    over the motorcycle above-mentioned free from all liens and encumbrances.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 11 th day of March
    2019 at Catbalogan City, Samar.

    Pier 3. Brgy. Maulong,Catbalogan City, hereinafter called the VENDEE-

    WITNESSETH:

    THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20, 000.00)


    the VENDOR hereby sells transfers and conveys unto the VENDEE, and assigns, that
