MAIN CONTRACTOR OR CLIENT’S SCOPE BEFORE HANDING OVER AND POST APPLICATION

• No water logging should be there where work is to be done, sufficient pumping capacity to be made
available to keep the working area free of water to the extent possible
• Electricity, sand, cement, and water arrangement near the work area
• Stay for labour near the site
• Temporary material storage space to be provided near work location
• 3-phase connection in case of spray application works

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Taxes: GST @ 18% Extra


• Quantity mentioned above are approximate and actual measurement taken needs to be done at site
before bill submission

• Work completion time to be mutually agreed upon and depends on the front availability
• 50% of the payment to be paid as secured advance against material delivery and rest within 7 days upon
submitting RA bills
• Work can be commenced 7 days from the date of confirmed Work Order
• Validity of quotation: 31st July 2022

WARRANTEE

We offer a warranty to the effect that the waterproofing treatment done by us will remain leak proof for 10 / 15
Years from the date of completion of waterproofing treatment, provided that the warrantor will not be responsible
for leakage caused by earthquake or structural defects, or misuse of waterproofing done or alternation for such
purpose.
a) Misuse of any portion shall mean any operation, which will damage waterproofing treatment, like
hammering and things of the same nature, which might cause damage to the treated surface.
b) Alteration shall mean construction of an additional structure adjoining to existing, where by
waterproofing treatment is removed in parts.
c) The warrantor up to the period of warranty shall rectify any defect found after the observance of (a) & (b)
in letter and spirit, at no extra cost.
d) The warrantor shall be given the necessary access at the time of rectification without any consequential
charges. Warrantor is not responsible for any Consequential damages
e) If there is any rendering done on the original surface, the warrantee shall expose the same and offer the
surface to the warrantor to rectify the same
f) This warranty is valid only if 100% payment is done by the warranty as per the terms and conditions
agreed upon
