Our business, Angel's Food Hub, is a small business venture that provides
Halo-halo, one of the best comfort meals in the Philippines, as well as Thicc Milo, a
chocolate shake with various toppings and of course Lumpia, a Filipino delicacy
available in two styles of cooking: veggie and meat. Since we are in Agdao where
there are many passersby, we made the decision to sell these kinds of dishes. Our
teacher assigned us to start such enterprises and told us to try any forms of business
as well as it would fit to our budget, and whether it will flourish of flop along our
entrepreneurship journey, our business is structured as a corporation. We are a group
of students who chose to try this type of business.
The Angel's Food Hub is located near the market at Japan Street, Agdao,
Davao City. Since our site is in a neighborhood with a large population, it is
anticipated to be crowded. Additionally, the location is close to a school where the
children can walk by when it is time for them to go home.
C. MARKET GROWTH POTENTIAL
Angel's Food Hub is a small type of business venture, but we are open for a great
opportunity ahead of us. We are planning to expand the accessibility of our business
and resources such as new products which are also related to our business such as food
and drinks, we are also catering the demands of our customers. Lumpia Ubod and
Shanghai, Thick Milo, and Halo-halo are the best sellers. Since our location has a
lot of children residing, the neighborhood had enjoyed and always demanded for it.
We made sure that our products are timely and relevant for the people around Japan
St. Soliman, Agdao, we create and produce products that are affordable and at a
friendly price to attain the loyalty of our dear customers. Most entrepreneurs are
unrealistic in assuming the percentage of the market that they will be able to capture
but Angel's Food Hub is always honest with their sales as it can also be shown from
the reviews of our consumers. The hub will always do the best they can to be more
economical and modest, honest, and genuine in their valuable costs of products.
D. INDUSTRY TRENDS
Angels’ food hub is a food stall where all the food you can find is affordable.
Food and Products are price fairly for the people. If we compare the Angels food
hub to the other business, for example like a Milk Tea shop we must say that it has
a big difference when it comes to the price. In Angels Food Hub you can even buy
a lumpia in twenty pesos, it can even make your stomach full however in milk tea,
people who do not have a budget cannot buy that product, because they find the price
too high so in Angels’ food hub, we've come up to make the products a fair price to
the people
Angel's Food Hub is known to be very welcoming in terms of services, and the
products are priced for the people, including the elderly as well as children. For twenty
pesos, customers can purchase three pieces of our lumpia Ubod and Lumpia Shanghai.
For customers to enjoy our product even more, we thought it would be helpful to give
them the choice to mix the three pieces with any flavor they desire. so that they can taste
both of our lumpia's flavors. For our Thick Milo, we offer two pricing strategies: ten
pesos and twenty pesos. We prefer to offer the ten pesos option so that kids can afford
it, and the twenty-peso option for our special toppings. The halo-halo is one of our
customers' favorites, and since it only costs 20 pesos, the amount of ingredients ensures
it will fill you up. If you look carefully, you'll see that our prices are affordable, but be
informed that we can assure you that our products and services are also valued and
worthwhile, which is the reason so many of our clients seek us out.
Angels Food Hub is one of the small businesses operating in our industry. We
ensure that the products and services we provide to our customer is quality,
affordable and in the right process. We always put passion and dedication in our
business which helps us to be motivated every day. Angels’ food hub is very
competitive in terms of servicing and the product, we always assure that our services
meet the expectations and demands of our customers. Our business remains
competitive because we value more our customer relationship towards our client and
the loyalty of our consumer to our business, we also build a friendship in every
customer we faced. Angels’ food hub is open for new learnings, ideas, and
development especially in terms of our customers' suggestions and requests.

LEADER - The role of the leader is to approve all day-to-day proposals of the
associates around the store from financial to marketing and is also responsible for
managing the hub’s overall operations. This may include delegating and directing
agendas, driving profitability, managing hub’s organizational structure, strategy, and
communicating with the members.
SALES MANAGER- The role of Sales Manager is to collect the revenue after the
shift and keep it in the safe box
MARKETING MANAGER- The role of the Marketing Manager attends to
overseeing and promoting the products online.
SALES ASSOCIATES- the Sales Associates responsible for helping customers find
their perfect solution and get the most out of whatever what's available for them.
They work closely with clients to decide which product will work best to meet all
