    EMPLOYMENT OFFER LETTER

    This agreement is made between M/s. Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC (hereinafter referred to as
    “The Company”), Dubai, U.A.E. a company organized under the law of UAE, The Employer – The First
    Party,

    And

    Name - MOHAMMAD IMRAN , Passport No: S5592701 ___; INDIA Nationality , the
    employee - the second party.
    The First Party agrees to employ the Second Party in “The Company” for the post of WELDER on the terms

    and conditions as under:

    Total Salary : AED 2200/-


    (Basic - AED 1630/-; Allowances - AED 300/-; Food Allowance – AED 150/-; FOT –
    120/-)
    Accommodation : Provided by Employer
    Food : Self
    Transportation : Provided by Employer (Accommodation to Work Place to Accommodation)
    Duty Hours : 12 hours in a day and 6 days in a week (As per First Party Policy)
    Probation Period : 6 months
    Period of Contract : 3 years and renewable on mutual consent
    Weekly Off : One day in a week
    Life Insurance : As per U.A.E. Labor Law
    Medical Insurance : Provided by Employer
    Leave Air Ticket : Economy Class Air Ticket, once in two (2) years upon completion of contract (Dubai-
    Point of Origin-Dubai)
    Annual Leave : 30 Calendar Days
    Gratuity : As per UAE Labour Law

    All other conditions are as per U.A.E. Labor Law and in accordance with the First Party’s standard
    employment contract and policy.
    Employment contract and offer confirmation are subjected to the receipt of Security Clearance/Entry Permit.
