My resource teacher is hardworking, passionate, and dedicated to his career as a teacher. He is understanding, knowledgeable, and leads by example with his commitment to continuous learning. Through observing him over three months, I have seen that he is competent in his subject area and exhibits the qualities of an effective educator, such as communicating well, engaging students, and making learning enjoyable. He serves as an inspiration for becoming the best teacher possible.

My resource teacher is a very good man. He’s both hardworking and passionate.
By observing him and staying with him for three months, I’ve observed how good he is
at teaching and how responsible and intelligent he is. I am very inspired by how
dedicated he is about his chosen career. He’s a diverse teacher with a very warm
heart. He’s understandable and courageous. His experiences in his life inspire me
more to work harder and better. Sir Angel possesses a lot of positive qualities and
experiences; there is no doubt that he is succeeding in his career; he is goal-
oriented and a competent teacher.

1. What do you consider the most outstanding significant or personal qualities of the teacher? Why do you
consider these outstanding?

Communication, listening, teamwork, adaptation, empathy, and patience are


some traits of an effective teacher. An engaging classroom presence,
importance of real-world learning, sharing of best practices, and a
lifetime love of learning are further traits of excellent teaching.

2. Which of these qualities do you possess? Do you think you can fit as a good teacher?

Yes. One of them is being communicative. It is by conveying efficiency for


a high quality education.

1. Identify one personal characteristics of your model teacher that has made a great impact in your life as a
learner. Reflect and describe this quality influenced you?

I was awed by how my resource teacher was able to fit and handle his busy
schedule; his time management and passion for his career really inspire me
a lot.

2. As a future teacher, the results of the survey simply implies that I should….

Always learn and explore new things; adaptability and changes aren't bad;
they are actually for the better. Hence, I still have a lot of things to
work on with my inner self as well as my environment.

3. What would be the implications to the learners if all teachers teaching today possess the
professional characteristics and competencies?

I believe that there would be a bunch of positively aftermaths and


implications for the learners' future and continued growth.
