materials especially the broken pieces of glass,
diapers, etc.
1. Go to your assigned station.
2. Identify the kind of materials in your
station.
3. List the materials in your science
notebook.
4. Group the waste materials according to
the following properties:
biodegradable, non-biodegradable,
recyclable, and/or combustible.
5. Use the sacks in your station to place
the waste materials.
6. In your science notebook, list the steps
to be followed in disposing the
materials in your assigned station.
7. Prepare a group presentation on
proper waste segregation to be
performed in class.
