I am Reo Lynn April O. Manansala, a Teacher 1 of Sto. Niño Elementary School, New Corella District,
Division of Davao del Norte and have been teaching here since June 05, 2018.
This is to express my intent to respectfully request your office for a transfer of teaching station from
my present school Sto. Niño Elementary School to New Corella Central Elementary School SPED
Center New Corella District, Division of Davao del Norte due to the following reasons:
:
1. I am a bonafide resident of Poblacion, New Corella, Davao del Norte and lived there together
with my family so it is more convenient if I will be working there;
2. I spend more than 30 minutes of travel from home to school and spend a total of 2,000 a
month for my motorcycle fare;
3. The road to my current teaching station is bumpy and muddy plus it is very dangerous
especially during heavy rains; and
4. It’s been my long –time dream to teach in my alma mater and to be of service to our
barangay. My dream of becoming a teacher started there.
In view of the above mentioned reasons, I am humbly appealing to your office to consider my intention
to transfer. Thank you and God bless.
