III. ADDRESS/LOCATION OF THE PROCURING AGENCY

IV. RATIONALE/OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT
MISSION
To bring back FILIPINO values by being an innovative coffee business model that is
sustainable, honest, fair and passionate.
As a COFFEE PROVIDER is to earn the loyalty of customers and grow the business
by developing and marketing coffee products that are leaders in quality and consumer
interest. To enable and inspire customers to enjoy a coffee experience by providing
distinctive, excellent service, high quality products, superior coffee and knowledge.
As a COFFEE SHOP is to excite our customers serving premium quality coffee,
espresso beverages, coffee cocktails and more by our traditional Filipino touch. To
provide the very best support to our clients and the very best coffee shop systems for
our franchisees, to empower each shop or franchise the edge for success.

VISION
To position SIP ‘N GO CAFE Company as a dominant regional brand of the
cordilleras, with a national presence, by consistently delivering exciting products,
sensations and experiences to an increasing number of admirers. Furthermore, by
growing our customer base, distribution, exporting and expanding our franchise
system, while giving back to the farming communities and the less fortunate.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Nowadays, a lot of adults and teenagers need to have coffee in their system due to
the late night works such as projects, school works and office works. Sometimes,
people also drink coffee just to bond and relax together. Our business can be very
helpful not only to people who needs to be alert, awake, alive and enthusiastic all the
time, but also to people who search for relaxation and bonding times together. We all
know that coffee has caffeine that acts as a central nervous system stimulant that can
boost one’s enthusiasm, thus making one active. But, coffee time can also help by
strengthening bonds among people who just want to talk and relax while having
coffee.

MARKETING PLAN
We make sure that the products that we will be serving are fresh and made of high
quality coffee beans that we imported from other countries. We will not only be serving
coffee, but we will also be serving delicacies such as sandwiches, cakes, and others.
One of the advantages of the product that we are going to use is that these products
are not found in the country. Then, the disadvantage will be the continuous intake of
coffee that can affect one’s health. In this business that we chose, our major
competitor will surely be the Starbucks coffee. Though, Starbucks have the same
products as ours, such as coffee, and the delicacies, but surely not the same brand.
We assure you, that our products will be more delicious and more affordable that you
will surely come back for more. We would like to build our business in a place where
there would be a lot of people, specifically the mall, where lots of people look for a
place that they could sit, relax and chill. We will hit the market through the
advertisements like Television ads and radio ads, and tarpaulins.
