B. FIELD SERVICE RATES
Supplier agrees to provide (if so required by BUYER) in accordance with Seller’s Site Service
Terms & Conditions, Labor or On-Site Supervision for repairs, pre-commissioning /
commissioning assistance, and/or start-up support at the BUYER’s deck fabrication yard in
Southeast Asia ( final location to be determined) and offshore Vietnam post deck installation at
the following rates. In the event that such services are required by BUYER, a separate Purchase
Order will be developed and executed at a later date, with all necessary site conditions being
provided at that time.
Onshore Rates:
