With the kind permission of this Honorable Court, we would like to offer the testimony of the
witness to prove the following:
1. That she is the cousin of defendant Abrogena
2. That she personally knows plaintiff Llaguno and her biological parents since her
childhood;
3. That she served as a principal sponsor during the wedding of plaintiff Llaguno, and will
testify that it was not Conrado and Remedios who stood as the plaintiff’s parents
4. That during the lifetime of spouses Conrado and Remedios, it was the defendant who
was living with them until their death
5. She will also testify other matters relevant to this case

adapt it as her direct testimony
