- Average salary for an electrician in BC is $81,873
- Lowest wages of industrial electrician in BC is $28 per hour, and
the highest is $50 per hour

Job Future Outlook


Canada's electricians (excluding industry and power systems) project a
total of 45,600 new jobs and 37,200 new job seekers in 2022-2031, but
according to Government of Canada (www.jobbank.gc.ca) BC's outlook for
job prospect is very limited. However, except for BC, Nunavut and New
Brunswick, other provinces and territories seems positive outlook.

Can become a skilled electrician by enrolling in an electrical apprenticeship
program and gaining experience. Most skilled job apprenticeships last

My Plan B: I like to sing or watch social media in my spare time, and enjoyed making my
own projects in metalwork, and woodwork. I have not really done any sports
