1.0 INTRODUCTION
Every early childhood education teacher needs to hone creativity first before
teaching it to children. They need to gain experience first and improve their creativity
before becoming educators. This is to increase the creativity of an educator among
children. Therefore, every programme that is organised must have a goal for the
participants to get some advantage from their participation. Therefore, the
programme we organise is for future teachers to receive new knowledge that can be
used in the future together with children.

2.0 ADVANTAGES
The 'Deco Your Cake' programme gives a lesson to prospective teachers that
they can divide their time when carrying out a job or activity. This can discipline
prospective teachers to manage their time in the classroom. Therefore, prospective
teachers need to be smart in managing their time with the children when carrying out
an activity so that each activity takes only the designated time.
Apart from that, there are other advantages for prospective teachers who
follow our programme. Among them is the fact that they get new experiences when
following this programme. This shows that the programme we run gives the teachers
a lot of knowledge and experience for them to teach the children one day. The
experience gained is very meaningful because they will use it with the children in
kindergarten.
2
3.0 DISADVANTAGES
Based on the programme carried out, there are also some weaknesses.
Among them is the lack of promotion of this programme to potential teachers out
there. This is because we do not use promotions on social media sites such as
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and many more. Therefore, lack of promotion on social
media is a weakness in the decorate your cake programme.
Next, the weaknesses found during the programme are insufficient materials.
This is because there are some materials that are not enough, causing the
participants to have to wait for their turn to use the materials. Therefore, insufficient
material is one of the weaknesses of the programme we run.

4.0 SUGGESTION AND RECOMMENDATION
4
5.0 CONCLUSION
The 'Deco Your Cake' program is well and organized. This shows that this
programme was successfully carried out with 23 participants, all prospective teachers.
