    My name is David Ortiz, I am 27 years old. I am a Civil Engineer from the University of Pamplona Colombia. I began to practice
    my profession in the city of Bogota D.C. where I worked as a civil works inspector, with a great work team and a great work
    environment.
    Where every day we recorded the financial, physical, scheduled progress of the work and carried out supervision under the norm
    that governs the construction processes, the quality of the materials and machinery used in the work. I have always been fair and
    honest in the moments of conciliation with any entity that requires information about the work.
