Minutes:

1. Opening Remarks: The meeting commenced at 1:00 PM with Sir Eulogio C. Gadia,
the Principal, welcoming all attendees and expressing gratitude for their participation.
The purpose of the meeting was to collectively evaluate the existing rewards and
incentives system and propose improvements for a more effective mechanism.

2. Presentation on Current Rewards and Incentives System: Mrs. Karen B. Hera


provided an overview of the current rewards and incentives system in place. The

Introduction: The Advocacy and Outreach Program titled "An Encounter with Children
with Disability" was held at Palanas Central School on December 9, 2022. The event
aimed to create awareness, foster empathy, and promote inclusivity among Grade 12
students regarding the challenges and needs of children with disabilities. The program
was organized to encourage meaningful interaction and engagement, thereby
facilitating a positive change in the participants' perspectives.

Participants: The program was enthusiastically participated by the Grade 12 students of

Economics Building of Palanas National Agriculture High School on February 3, 2023.
The event was organized with the aim of raising awareness about mental health issues,
particularly focusing on teen depression and suicide prevention, among the Grade 10
and Grade 12 students.

Sessions:

1. Morning Session (Grade 10 Students) - 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM: The morning session
of the event targeted Grade 10 students, addressing their specific concerns and needs
regarding mental health. The session included informative presentations, group
discussions, and interactive activities that aimed to educate students about the signs of
