The good sources of calcium


are Milk and dark green leafy
vegetables like Pechay and
Kangkong, Okra, and Broccoli.

Carbohydrates provide fuel for


the central nervous system and
energy for working muscles.
It makes our muscle stronger so
we can do our daily tasks. It one
of the reason why we can play.
The good sources of
carbohydrates are; bread,
camote and other root crops,
and grains.

Fibre helps speed up the


elimination of toxic waste through
the colon.

vegetables we can ensure to get
the vitamins, minerals and fibre
needed by the body to work
well.

Vegetables have a big role in


making us healthy so we should
