Ingredients
2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 oz Peach Mix
1.5 oz Finest Call Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Dash Black Pepper

Technique
Shake with ice (approx. 10 hard shakes) and
strain over fresh ice.

Garnish 2 Lemons

1.5 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
1 oz Finest Call Lemon Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Technique

1.5 oz Hennessy VS Cognac
.5 oz Grand Mariner
.75 oz Monin Passion Fruit
.75 oz Finest Call Lemon Juice

Technique
Rim chilled martini glass half way with sugar. Shake
with ice (approx. 10 hard shakes) and strain into
glass.

TOASTED MARSHMALLOW OLD FASHIONED Schooner Bar

Ingredients
2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.5 oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow
3 dash Cocoa Bitters

Technique
Fill mixing glass halfway with ice and add all
ingredients. Using bar spoon stir for approx. 15
seconds. Strain over 1 large ice cube.

Garnish 4 mini toasted marshmallows on a skewer

1 oz Beefeater Gin
1 oz Lagoon Bay Liqueur
.5 oz Finest Call Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Tonic (top w/)

Technique
Shake with ice (approx. 10 hard shakes) and
strain over fresh ice. Top with 2 oz of Tonic.
Stir before serving.

1.5 oz Bacardi Rum
1.5 oz Monin Lavander
.5 oz Finest Call Lemon Juice

Technique
Shake with ice (approx. 10 hard shakes) and
strain into glass.

Ingredients
2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.75 oz Re'al Blueberry Puree
1 oz Finest Call Lemon Juice
3 to 5 Mint Leaves
1 oz Top with Club Soda

Technique
Using tongs, place 3-5 mint leaves into mixing tin first
and add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice (approx.
10 hard shakes) and strain over fresh ice. Using soda
gun, top with club soda. Stir before serving

Garnish Mint Sprig (4-5 leaves)

Ingredients
1.5 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Mango Mix
1 oz Finest Call Lime Juice
3 to 5 Mint leaves

Technique
Using tongs, place 3-5 mint leaves into mixing tin first
and add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice (approx.
10 hard shakes) and strain over fresh ice.
