Commencement of Academic Session 2024 - 2025

Dear Parents,

We open our doors to welcome students for the new session; we are filled with
excitement and enthusiasm to continue our journey of learning and discovery together.
Whether your child is returning to familiar halls or stepping into our school for the first
time, we are committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment
where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.

With regard to the same, we are delighted to share some of the guidelines for grades- pre
nursery to grade 9.

School Opening Date:

Grades Reopening Day & Date

Grades 6 to 9 Monday, 1st April 2024

Grades 3 to 5 Tuesday, 2nd April 2024

Pre Nursery to Grade 2 Thursday, 4TH April 2024

Guidelines to be followed by students:


1. SCHOOL TIMINGS:

 Grades 1 to 9 - Monday to Friday - 08:00 a.m. to 0 2:30 p . m .

 Grades Nursery to K2 - Monday to Friday - 09:30 a.m. to 01:30 p . m .

 Grades Pre- Nursery - Monday to Friday - 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon

 Important: For nursery and Pre-nursery on 4th and 5th of April school timings will be only for 2
hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and parents should drop and pick the child for these 2 days.
Parents should be available to pick their child if required in between these 2 hours.
2. Labelling:

Every belonging of your ward including books, notebooks, bag, water bottles, lunch box, jacket, and
shoes must be labeled with NAME, GRADE & Section of the child.

Students from Pre-nursery to grade 2 will carry one pair of extra clothing and undergarments
every day to school. It should be packed and neatly labelled and kept inside the child’s bag.

3. THINGS TO BE CARRIED TO SCHOOL:

Ensure your child has a badge/ID card - either provided by the school ( previou s yea r’s )
or a self-created one. If creating one, please ensure to follow the template& add the
following details:

Send only the following with your child:


1. Bag
2. Water bottle
3. Tiffin box
4. Napkin
5. Books/Note books

4. LATE COMING:

The school timings for Grade 1 to 9 students is 08:00 am – 2:30 pm & Pre Primary students is 9:30
am to 01:30 pm
Students are expected to be in school 5 minutes early. Late comers will be marked absent.
5. HALFDAYS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED

In case your child is unwell or if you have a medical or passport appointment scheduled on any
particular day, please do not send the child to school. Once the child is in school, he/she will be sent
home only after regular school hours. In case, a student is observed to be unwell, school nurse will
inform parents. Parents are expected to reach the school at earliest possible and not insist on
sending the student home only by the school’s transport.

6. RECESS:

Preprimary (PN-K2):Kindly send only one snacks /lunch box (healthy food) with the child as
there will be only one break every day.

Grade (1-9): Kindly send 1 snacks box (fruits/veggies/nuts) and one lunch box (healthy
food) with the child as there will be 2 breaks every day. Ensure to send healthy food only and the
quantity is age appropriate.
The children must carry their own water bottles (Properly labeled).
No Junk food will be allowed.
Non vegetarian food is strictly not allowed to bebrought in tiffin.

7.MEETING WITH THE TEACHERS/ACADEMIC COORDINATOR/PRINCIPAL:

Parents can meet the teachers/Coordinator/Principal with prior appointments only.

You may send a note in the diary stating your query or a request for an appointment and ask
your child to show it to the respective class teacher.

8. BUS FACILITY:

Please be at the bus stop at least 10-minutes before the pick-up and drop time given to you.
The child will be brought back to school in case you are not at the pick-up point. The bus will
follow fixed route and stops. Kindly do not stop the bus for any reason. Also do not discuss the
bus route or stop with the bus driver or lady attendant.

If you decide to pick-up your child who is a regular bus student directly from the school on any particular
day, ensure that you are at the school gate 10-minutes before dispersal and send an e-mail
communication to the front office executives e- Mail id:- [email protected]; or

You must inform the respective attendant and Mr. Vishwanath (TIC) about the same.

9. UNIFORM:

Primary: Grades 1 to 9

 Red t-shirt & Blue school denim pant should be worn on all days except on the days
Taekwondo activity is scheduled.
 Blue school sports t-shirts & Track pants to be worn on the days they have taekwondo
period scheduled & Working Saturdays.

Pre- Primary: Grades Pre Nursery to K2

 Yellow t-shirt & Blue school denims pant/shorts should be worn on Mondays,
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
 Green school sports t-shirts & Track pant/ shorts to be worn on Wednesdays & on
Working Saturdays.

Wearing a clean and well-ironed school uniform, with black school shoes and socks is compulsory for
all the students. ID card is mandatory for all the students.
