INTRODUCTION

F ounded in 1996, Airolink has evolved and grown from its roots as an
Ireland based construction company. We specialise in residential,
commercial, educational, infrastructure and industrial projects with a
strong proven track record in executing challenging Projects.

The UAE operations commenced in 2008 as a NATO approved military


contractor and after a successful list of Projects, Airolink began on its
journey into commercial construction in UAE. Design and Build Schools
soon evolved to be a specialty and Airolink became the "contractor of
choice" for several prestigious projects. Working through a pipeline of
projects later in the commercial and residential space in UAE, Airolink has
now been entrusted with a chain of challenging Projects from an esteemed
Clientele including the likes of Wasl, Emirates Real Estate Corporation,
Musanada, Bahrain Ministry of Housing and DP World, to name a few.

Over the years, Airolink has evolved our expertise with Design and Build
Projects, amassing vast experience in Mixed Development projects, schools,

Dr. Anil Pillai is the Founder & Chairman of Ireland originated


construction group “Airolink”. Dr. Anil is a Postgraduate in Business
Management (Finance and Marketing). Also, he holds an Honorary
Doctorate in Construction from University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Like many of his illustrious peers, he made a very humble beginning
over a decade back by started his construction business in Ireland.
Under his leadership, many new initiatives have begun, and he has
been instrumental in the transformation of Airolink BC ltd., Ireland to
