    Terms & Conditions:

    1. Validity : 15 days from the date of our quotation.


    2. Make : Seepex, Germany.
    3. Shipment : 11 – 12 weeks after receipt of transmitted L/C.
    4. Terms of Delivery : CFR Karachi.
    5. Payment Terms : 100% L/C at sight.
    6.1. Prices : Prices are valid for undivided order.
    6.2. Discount on offered prices are possible due to flexible reseller
    terms applied on Global Corporation. In case our offer is technically
    qualified and commercial / prices are the snag for the final
    consideration, please contact us for possible reworking by
    vendor towards your expectation.
    7. Exclusion : Anything not stated in the quotation.
    8. Cancellation Charges : Charges will be levied by sub-vendors, contractors and
    third parties on actual basis in case of cancellation written note is
    received by Global Corporation.
    9. Certificate : On request, actual cost to be paid by the customer.
    10. Note : In case of consideration of our quotation towards, PO, we
    would like to have draft PO for checking the order terms and
    specification before finalization within the validity period.
    11.1. Terms & Conditions : Please Notify us within 1 Week subject to receive material if
    Found any damages and short of material. No claim will be
    accepted after specified period.
    11.2. : We expect / understand, customer must have seen / verified the
    offered specs. Global Corporation will charge all cost related to
    repair, attending or replacement in case supplied parts is / are not

    fitting / suitable or performing. Global Corporation as a supplier
    will not be responsible for any defect / issue related to material
    per trade terms after the material is delivered at site.

    attending or replacement in case supplied parts is / are not fitting / suitable or performing.
