1. VDD : Positive supply voltage for the device.

2. VSS : Ground reference for the device.

3. AVDD : Positive supply voltage for the analog module.

4. AVSS : Ground reference for the analog module.

o Reset and Oscillator Pins

5. MCLR : Master Clear (Reset) input or programming voltage input. This pin is active low and is used to
reset the device.

6. OSC1/CLKI : Oscillator crystal or external clock input.
